The theme of this Project is to promote health awareness and health education, to provide family planning service, to deter the spread of AIDS, to eliminate poverty and starvation, to promote good living environment, and to realize the millennium development goals as set out by the United Nations. The Project will setup advertising notice boards in county hospitals and family planning service centers throughout China, and to erect large outdoor advertising billboards throughout cities in China.
